Terms & Conditions
Please review our rental policies before submitting a quote request
1. Rental Period
All rental items are priced on a per-day basis. The rental period begins at the scheduled delivery or pickup time and ends at the agreed-upon return time. Extensions may be available upon request and will be charged at the standard daily rate.
2. Reservation & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date will receive a credit toward a future rental (deposit is non-refundable). Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will forfeit the full deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
4. Delivery & Setup
Delivery and pickup fees are calculated based on distance and will be included in your custom quote. Setup and teardown services are available for an additional fee. The client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible delivery location.
5. Care & Responsibility
The client is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery until the time of pickup. Any damage, loss, or theft of rental items will be charged to the client at the full replacement cost. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
6. Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing adequate protection for rental items (tents, coverings, etc.). Anitra LaVon Rentals is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions. We recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events.
7. Liability
Anitra LaVon Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the use of rental items. The client assumes all risk associated with the use of rented items and agrees to indemnify Anitra LaVon Rentals against any claims.
8. Quote Validity
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on availability and seasonal demand. Final pricing will be confirmed upon reservation.
